My SimpleSENCE® sensor is not pairing to the app?

When you place your fingers across the SimpleSENCE^® sensor's two metal contacts, the sensor will sound a single beep.  After the single beep, your sensor is now ready to pair with the SimpleSENCE^® mobile application.  If you continue to have issues, please refer to our mobile device compatibility list here.
