The sensor is taking too long to activate on the app, what do I do?

When you place your fingers across the two metal contacts underneath or on the side of the SimpleSENCE^® sensor for about 3 seconds it will sound a single beep.  After the single beep, your sensor is now ready to pair with the SimpleSENCE^® mobile app following the on-screen steps.
