If your sensor frequently goes offline it is likely because of poor WiFi connectivity, try the below steps.
- Perform a test alert by holding the contact points for 10 seconds until the audible alarm triggers.
- After triggering the alert check the WiFi signal strength for the sensor in the SimpleSENCE app.
- Move the sensor away from any obstructions which may block the WiFi signal.
