In late March 2020 Apple released iOS versions 13.4 and 13.4.1 as new software updates for iPhone and iPad users. If you updated your device to one of these versions of iOS recently, then you may have noticed one of the following issues during installation of new sensors:
1. After you select your WIFI network name and enter your password to configure WIFI for your sensor, the app displays the "Incorrect Password" message, even though the password you entered was correct
2. After you select your WIFI network name and enter your password to configure WIFI for your sensor, the app gets stuck on the "Updating" message for a long time, and the sensor never connects to WIFI

Alternatively, you can also work around this issue if you have a secondary mobile device, such as an Android phone or an iPhone/iPad installed with iOS 13.3.1 or earlier. You can find more details about how this works here: Temporary Solution for iOS 13.4 and 13.4.1 Issues
These issues are directly related to changes in Apple's latest software updates. Many iPhones or iPads updated with iOS 13.4/13.4.1 may be temporarily unable to install new sensors. This is a critical issue for iOS users, since the update to 13.4 significantly affects the performance of our devices (as well as a number of others from the likes of Garmin and Bose). We are currently working directly with Apple to resolve the issues introduced in the updates, so you can expect a long-term fix to be available shortly.
