If you receive this error when attempting to connect your sensor to your WiFi network try the following steps:
- Make sure the SimpleSENCE mobile application is closed.
- Go to your Bluetooth settings. Select the SimpleSENCE sensor and unpair/forget it.
- Make sure your smart device is using the most current software
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Open the SimpleSENCE application and proceed with the sensor set up steps.
